“Students Securing Communities, One Neighbor At A Time”

CyberServe USA

Who We Are

CyberServe USA is a 501(c)(3) student-led nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting Americans from cyber threats through education.

We provide pro bono digital safety training to our country’s most vulnerable groups, such as senior citizens, the immigrant community, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, small businesses, small healthcare practices, and K-12 students.

With chapters in Massachusetts, Arkansas, Maryland, and California, in addition to our home team in Texas, we are dedicated to making a difference nationwide.

What We Do

  • We deliver free, in-person and virtual cybersecurity trainings tailored to the needs of vulnerable communities—including seniors, immigrants, faith-based groups, nonprofits, small businesses, small healthcare practices, and grade school students. Led by trained student and professional volunteers, our sessions equip participants with practical tools to stay safe online.

  • We work with local, state, and national partners to advocate for digital equity, stronger cybersecurity protections, and funding for underserved communities. Through public testimony, white papers, and community-driven policy recommendations, we ensure that cybersecurity policy reflects real-world needs.

  • We launch targeted outreach efforts to raise awareness about online scams, fraud, and digital threats. From social media campaigns to printed flyers in local languages, we empower communities with timely, clear, and culturally relevant information to protect themselves online.

  • For cases beyond our volunteer scope, we connect individuals and organizations with trusted cybersecurity professionals, legal aid, or technical support. Our referral network ensures that every community we serve can access the right help—no matter how complex the issue.

We are relentless advocates for digital equity. Whether we’re protecting older adults from scams or helping communities understand cybersecurity risks, we use our voices and our skills to stand up for those who need it most.

Trust

We earn trust by showing up. In every conversation, training, and outreach effort, we lead with integrity, transparency, and respect—because cybersecurity starts with human connection.

Empowerment

We empower people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of their digital safety. That includes those we serve—and each other.
